After GNK Dinamo became a full member of the international network of football clubs and organizations named EFDN in 2018, our foundation also joined the same organization in July 2023.
It is an international network of clubs and organizations whose goal is the promotion of sports, football, a healthy lifestyle, equal opportunities and equality in every sense.
The European Football for Development Network, through its work, various actions, conferences and projects, empowers members to be active in their community because in this way they help individuals and society in general, but at the same time connecting clubs and organizations with the aim of exchanging knowledge and experience. The role of EFDN is to support all clubs in the organization and implementation of socially responsible programs, as well as to encourage the joint use of the energy of football for positive changes in society, of course, in cooperation with other European clubs. For several years, Dinamo has participated in EFDN international conferences throughout Europe, and at last year’s conference held in Budapest, the club presented its work in the field of socially responsible activities through as a guest speaker.
Given that the Foundation ‘’Nema predaje’’ (‘’No surrender’’) was established as the ‘’crown’’ of the club’s socially responsible activities over the past 10 years, we will be happy to join this respected society in the world of football and sports.
Of some well-known actions, we can point out only a few in which the club participated already, and which will now be supported by the foundation. These are the “More than football” action weeks, during which various activities for the promotion of sports and equality are carried out, then the “Match worn shirt” auction of soccer jerseys of Dinamo players, the proceeds from the sale of which are donated to charity purposes. Let’s also mention the “Show racism the red card” campaign, through which the fight against racism is promoted, as well as a number of other interesting actions.
This network of 170 clubs also includes some European giants such as Barcelona, Bayer Leverkusen, Chelsea, Eintracht, Everton, Inter Milan, Juventus, PSG, Legia and others, with whom we hope there will be opportunities for cooperation.
The Nema Predaje Foundation will therefore participate in all activities through its work, together with GNK Dinamo, and will try to make an even greater contribution to our society.
