On the day of the UEFA Europa Conference League Play-off 2nd leg, the delegations of Dinamo, Nema predaje Foundation and Real Betis, just like last week, joined forces to promote environmental sustainability and recycling culture, thereby highlighting the “Forever Green” initiative under the auspices of the Real Betis Foundation.
This week, Dinamo and it’s Foundation “Nema Predaje” organized numerous activities. Among others, representatives from the Betis Foundation held a lecture for the young players of Dinamo’s U-17 team in the club’s facilities the day before the match on Wednesday, introducing them to the “Forever Green” initiative and informing them about the fight against climate change. Additionally, Rafael Gordillo, president of the Real Betis Balompié Foundation, and Ivan Kelava, a member of the “Nema predaje” Foundation’s Executive Board, symbolically planted two trees in Maksimir Park.
In conclusion, the encounter between Dinamo and Betis will mark the beginning of the club’s active participation in the intense battle for environmental protection and the prevention of climate change, primarily through the elimination of single-use plastics. Indeed, at tonight’s match, all fans in the south stand will use returnable packaging, which is just the start of Dinamo’s efforts in this noble goal.
